reprogram your subconscious with a new “keyboard shortcut”

On this episode I’m talking about how to break out of unwanted patterns, habits, or beliefs by updating your software. Think about how computers have keyboard shortcuts programmed into them. When you click a specific combo of buttons you ALWAYS get the same outcome/result. This is no different with the current stories you’re telling yourself each day because your subconscious is very much like a computer system. (Only infinitely smarter 😉 ). When you become aware of what keys you’re clicking each day and the outcomes they always create for you - it can become easier to see that YOU - yes you! - have the power to click better keys and create better outcomes! And a new you can happen super quick by doing so because you’re literally reprogramming your identity and who you think you are!
