We talk about her project on the FA Advanced Youth Award, looking at the theoretical and practical implications of the adolescent brain on coaching practice. Jackie does brilliantly here of explaining to us how this area of maturation affects the brain and players' engagement with practice, giving us plenty of recommendations for our coaching.
