#95 Chip & Dan Heath & Made to Stick: Coffee Reads

Dagens boksammendrag i EXPresso Coffee Reads er boka Made To Stick (Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die), av brødrene Chip & Dan Heath.

Chip og Dan Heath er en broderlig tankeledelse, og er forfattere av Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die (2007); Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard (2010); og avgjørende: Hvordan ta bedre beslutninger i liv og arbeid (2013).

Historier viser visdom.

The curse of knowledge

The curse of knowledge is a cognitive bias that occurs when an individual communicating with other individuals assumes they have the background knowledge to understand. This bias is also called by some authors the curse of expertise
