Breaking Silence: Part 2 - A Candid 4 Part Discussion Series with my Mom & Dad about Early Childhood Trauma

Join us for part 2 as my Dad continues this courageous conversation, addressing tough questions & revisiting personal experiences, including my past abortions, a symptom of abuse. We touch on the concept of epigenetic healing, breaking the chain of generational trauma before birthing my own child & raising my son with wonderful co-parents. I'm moved & have deep respect for my father's willingness to acknowledge past actions. This episode is a testament to our journey and growth.

During this 4 part series, Together, my parents & I embark on an honest exploration, in which I recount some of my personal experiences of abuse & shed light on the path of healing that we've walked as a family. I am so grateful for my parents bravery in having these vital conversations to share with the world. Despite the challenges & painful memories, it is my prayer that our family story serves as inspiration & hope for those grappling with trauma & showing that recovery & ancestral transformation is possible.
