Coffee & Geography 1x17 Al Snow (USA)

Kit talks to Al Snow (they/them) while enjoying an iced coffee, chatting about the STARS, transportation systems, appreciating and taking note of your surroundings, designing theme parks, amongst other things. Al is a lesbian and non-binary Applied Physics major at University of California Irvine, whose research mainly focuses on studying superfluids, soon to attend the University of Washington in the fall as a graduate student studying Physics. They are a huge theme park nerd, and a transportation enthusiast. Al is an (amateur) musician and really loves to perform. They hope to someday find a career balancing research and education as they are passionate about STEM education, specifically around making it more equitable and accessible.
