Vikings Postgame Report: Opportunistic Packers Make The Vikings Pay For Costly Mistakes, Vikings Lose 41-17 | GB | Wk 17

Welcome to the Week 17 edition of the Vikings Postgame Report. It was a rough start to 2023 for the Vikings, as they were overrun and unable to recover from early mistakes at Lambeau Field on Sunday afternoon. The first half saw a host of errors that gave Green Bay a comfortable lead, including: a pick six, a kick return touchdown, a Tonyan touchdown reception, and a doinked in 56-yard Mason Crosby field goal at the buzzer, leaving the Vikings in a 27 - 3 hole. The Vikings Offense moved the ball a bit better to start the second half, but a series of costly turnovers and subsequent conversions by Green Bay saw the game continue to get out of hand. A few bright spots included Jalen Nailor scoring his first career touchdown midway through the fourth-quarter, K.J. Osborn grabbing a late touchdown toss from Mullens, and Josh Metellus blocking his second punt in as many weeks.
