The new Canyon Aeroad is here – our first impressions and a chat with a design engineer behind the bike

After teasing it for weeks, Canyon has announced the new Aeroad CFR. Said to be both lighter and more aerodynamic than the third-generation version, the 2025 Canyon Aeroad is boldly claimed to be “the fastest bike in the pro peloton”.
