I’m back! Season 6 is here!!! I am soooo excited to be back on the airwaves doing what I love. This season is going to be so much fun, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do making it!

I’m joined by ex-NFL star, Jason Bell. We thought we’d honour the biggest sporting event in the world – The Super Bowl – which is played this Sunday and what better way that getting the ex-New York Giants, The Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans player on to talk all things American Football, the relationship between food and sport, as well as the effect on players mental health.

This was such an interesting, eye opening conversation and I really appreciated Jason’s honesty.

We obviously talk all about the Super Bowl – who he predicts will be in the final, and most importantly – what he eats on Super Bowl Weekend!! It’s serious business!!
