Nate Smoyer is Director of Marketing for Avail, a platform for DIY landlords and their renters. He helped take the company from seed stage through series A, and to exit in just under 18 months. Proptech is a passion and he’s mildly obsessed with the industry. Outside of work, he’s running through the Black Hills of South Dakota seeking adventure. When not running, you’ll find him on the highway riding his Indian Chief Vintage, at the skatepark riding BMX—all before resting by the fire with a glass of bourbon and good book.
