Dr Yvonne Couch - The Open Secret: A Piece on Academic Bullying

Dr Yvonne Couch, narrates her blog written for the Dementia Researcher website.

Yvonne challenges the culture that permits such behaviour and offers reflections on how systemic change, especially in leadership and mentorship, is essential for a healthier academic workplace.
