Ariana has a photoshoot for her new cocktail book, then she and Katie meet Chef Penny for Something About Her staff interviews, and gradually realize the extent of Penny's thirst for power. Scheana and Sandoval continue to face the demise of their friendship, Brock comes close to throwing Sandoval off a gondola, and Lala finally rips Sandoval a new one.
