Our Check-in, this week, starts out with new home improvement projects in Jason’s world. A tale unfolds of ups and downs, triumphs, and disappointments as Jason Shares with us the impromptu project in his living room. Lorri has similar news as work continues on her shop. She is installing flooring and cleaning out the old to make way for the new. Edward also has news to share, but of a more emotional nature. Working through the process of finding a therapist and getting the help he needs; he discovers some long-forgotten memories and ties some of his past trauma responses to situations in his day to day life. For our Deep Dive this week we start another 3-part subject focusing on the Chakra system. Chakras are energy centers in the body. This week we focus on the Lower Splenic Chakras which are: The Earth Star, Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus. We discuss their history and their meaning as they connect with our lives. We also cover symptoms of imbalance and blockages, as well as techniques to bring them back into balance and the benefits of doing so.
