Episode 24 – Exploring the Chakras Part 2 of 3 – The Upper Splenic Chakras

This week we decided to start our recording later in the day. Lorri starts us off by speaking about what precipitated that and how it affected her day. This leads into a discussion about sleep and a bit of insight into our day to day lives. Edward speaks about the realizations that have lately come about from his leaving of a high adrenalin career to one that is in most ways low key. Jason talks about experiencing nightmares again and what steps he’s taking to work through it.

Our Deep Dive this week is a continuation of our exploration of the Chakra System. We pick up where we left off and start with the Heart Chakra and move up to the Crown. Again we look at what areas of our life are affected by each Chakra, how they work together, and what it looks like when they are healthy and when they are imbalanced. We also discuss ways to work on these areas for Chakra System Health.
