This week, The Mojo Podcast talks to a prominent social media creator to understand the impact of publicly sharing much of your life on your mojo.

Joanna Shimwell is a creator, farmer, businesswoman and adventure sports fanatic. She shares her life on the farm, on her bike and in freezing cold lakes with 1000s of followers on Instagram & You Tube every day.

On this episode Joanna very candidly shares her mojo journey from a lost and intimidated teenager, a bullied employee who battled bouts of depression through to how plugging back into the source of her family farm in Derbyshire helped reframe her aspirations in life. And how a love of flying down mountains and diving into cold rivers and lakes has helped rebuild her confidence over the last few years.
As she says, “toughing it out on the mountain has helped toughing it out in business”.

We talk about the cycle of life on the farm, the importance of self-care, and how she seeks to inspire followers to think about the benefits of exercise good food and harmony in life.
