S4 Ep4: Jen & Sally - Craft Media

Another week, another birthday celebration. This time we mark the 4th anniversary of the founding of Craft Media. And I'm delighted to say again a success story of two female founders: Jen Smith & Sally Weavers.

This is a brilliant conversation which I could subtitle - "The Power of a Chat over a Cup of Tea". As this is how they came together as a foiunding duo, and how they make connections with clients, partners and their team. It's all about connection.

Craft is a communication consultancy, deliberately designed to be able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of clients and the wider industry. Craft believes a great communication plan can bring everything together. Making sure the right brief is written, that media and creative are aligned around a real understanding of consumer behavior, having absolute certainty around how a brand behaves, and an intrinsic knowledge of media channels – what they do, how they work and the role they play in consumers lives – is the path to brilliant work and outstanding results.

Since launch they have worked inside creative agencies (Grey, Uncommon, Lucky Generals) directly with clients (Nike Swim, ASOS, Which?) with media owners (Shortlist, Whatweseee, Vice) and with media agencies (Mindshare, Wavemaker, MC&C)
