Today I want to cover the benefits of cumin. Cumin is different than black cumin, which I’ve done a video on in the past.


Potential health benefits of cumin:

• It’s high in B vitamins, iron, magnesium, and manganese

• It’s a powerful antioxidant

• It has anti-inflammatory properties

• It promotes healthy digestion (it may potentially help with bloating, gas, nausea, IBS, vomiting, gut spasms, and diarrhea)

• It’s antifungal, antiparasitic, and antimicrobial

• It’s antidiabetic

• It has properties that may help lower your blood pressure
