NEVER Start Your Morning With This (Destroys Your Liver)

NEVER Start Your Morning With This (Destroys Your Liver)

Is breakfast the most important meal of the day, or should you skip it altogether? Stop the morning habits that harm your liver and try my liver health tips to improve liver function and overall health instead. 👉 Download Dr. Berg’s Free Daily Health Routine: https://drbrg.co/45qtO07 Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon. Just search Dr. Berg Supplements.0:00 Introduction: Your morning routine and liver health1:21 Insulin resistance and liver function in the morning2:12 All-American breakfast side effects4:41 Liver damage and high insulin7:20 Breakfast and liver health tips 8:32 More health tips What if I told you that eating breakfast is one of the worst things you can do for your liver health? At night, when you sleep, you’re fasting! Your liver releases stored glucose and enters a repair mode called autophagy while you sleep, and when you eat breakfast, you interrupt this process. Your insulin levels are lowest in the morning, and fat-burning is directly linked to low insulin levels. Eggs and bacon are a good breakfast, but most people consume more carbs, which stimulates insulin production. Breakfast for most people includes foods such as sweetened yogurt, juice, cereal, pancakes, waffles, muffins, toast, jelly, hash browns, and more! This creates a massive blood sugar spike, setting you up for a day full of blood sugar swings. Many people eat eggs and bacon with their carbs and assume it’s fine as long as they’re getting protein. Although protein can help lower blood sugar, it does not reduce insulin levels.Chronic high insulin can have the following effects on your liver and overall health:• Inability to burn fat• Keeps the body in fat-storing mode • Sodium retention• Increased hunger• Inflammation• Visceral fat • Iron retention• Halts ketosis • Fibrosis of the liver• Increased androgens• Fatigue• Nighttime urination• Increased cortisol The best breakfast is no breakfast! Eating two meals per day with no snacks and following a keto diet forces your body to use ketones for energy, so you can easily go from one meal to the next without being hungry. When I stopped eating breakfast, I noticed improved mental capacity and mood, and I immediately lost weight! Try eliminating carbs from your breakfast and diet, and don’t eat in the morning if you’re not hungry. Keep pushing your first meal closer to lunch time until your body adjusts. This will be incredibly beneficial for your liver health.Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The One Omega-3 That Builds Your Brain (It's Not Fish Oil)

The One Omega-3 That Builds Your Brain (It's Not Fish Oil)

The best omega-3 for your brain isn’t fish oil. Discover the neuroprotective omega-3 that’s been used for over 200 years for a variety of ailments, and as a potent source of vitamins A and D. Improve brain health and more with this powerful oil!👉 Download Dr. Berg's Free Daily Health Routine: https://drbrg.co/45qtO07 0:00 Introduction: The best omega-3 for brain health 0:49 Cod liver oil benefits1:00 DHA and brain health1:35 What is DHA? 6:23 Omega-3 benefits for immune functionCod liver oil has historically been used for conditions such as tuberculosis and rickets, and has shown remarkable benefits in preventing deadly infections and supporting wound healing. In the early 1900s, the vast majority of remedies were natural.Cod liver oil benefits go far beyond its omega-3, vitamin A, and vitamin D content. Check out the following unique properties and benefits of cod liver oil!1. Cod liver oil matches the brainThe DHA and EPA ratio in cod liver oil closely matches the omega-3 fatty acid ratio in your brain. Cod liver oil is high in DHA, while fish oil is higher in EPA. This is good for inflammation, but DHA is better for the brain, eyes, mitochondria, and immune system. DHA is an essential structural fat in the brain that’s vital for nerve cell function and communication. It also strengthens the membranes of the mitochondria.2. Alkylglycerol This compound is not found in fish oil. Alkylglycerol is naturally present in bone marrow and helps regulate the immune system and supports the production of antibodies.3. Seed oils compete with key fats in cod liver oilSeed oils are high in omega-6 fatty acids, while cod liver oil is high in omega-3s. The average American consumes 20% to 25% of their calories from seed oils, which build up in the body’s membranes over time. Because these two fats compete, cod liver oil can help mitigate the damage of seed oil consumption.4. Cardiolipin This compound helps you make energy, but it’s dependent on DHA. 5. CoQ10This supports the heart and is a necessary building block for energy. 6. Gut immune system Vitamin A in cod liver oil can help prevent a leaky gut, and supports the body's internal mucosal layers. 7. Vitamins D & K2Vitamin D supports immune function and structural calcium for strong bones. Cod liver oil also contains vitamin K2, which protects you from developing too much calcium in the blood. You can also consume cod liver for all the amazing benefits of cod liver oil. Heterogeneous2. Sick and living on the edge3. Metabolically inflexible 4. Originates from damaged mitochondria Insulin resistance is one of the most significant contributors to cancer risk. Insulin resistance can lead to metabolic inflexibility. Cancer also migrates to areas of inflammation. Microbiome disruption damages the microbes that protect the body against cancer. Toxicity caused by alcohol, smoking, and pesticides can also increase the risk of cancer. When you combine these risk factors, you significantly increase your risk of developing cancer.Colon cells get their fuel from a compound called butyrate, which is produced when a microbe consumes fiber. Butyrate strengthens the colon's lining, supports its function, and has potent anti-inflammatory properties. Fiber has protective properties against cancer, but if your gut microbiome is compromised, it can make matters worse. The more advanced the cancer you have, the more you’ll need to do prolonged fasting. This stresses the cancer cells and deprives them of fuel. The fasting-mimicking diet is also beneficial. If you haven’t been diagnosed with cancer, periodic prolonged fasting can help with prevention. High doses of vitamin D3, sun exposure, and oxygen are also protective against cancer. A rotating diet is an incredible tool for cancer prevention. Focus on consuming key nutrients, including vitamin D3, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, polyphenols, turmeric, cruciferous vegetables, herbs, spices, green tea, and fermented vegetables. The Burning You Feel in Your Feet is NOT a Nerve Problem

The Burning You Feel in Your Feet is NOT a Nerve Problem

Do your feet feel like they are on fire? It may not be your nerves. Burning feet is not a nerve problem! Uncover the real cause of tingling, burning feet to finally fix burning feet pain for good!Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements.👉 Unlock Dr. Berg's Free Daily Routine: https://drbrg.co/45qtO07 Burning feet is known as neuropathy, and is typically classified as a disease of the nerves. But the tingling, burning, and numbness in your feet is not a nerve problem! The real problem behind burning feet is the blood vessels supplying the nerves. Blood vessels supply the nerves with fuel, oxygen, and nutrients, and without this, they become very irritated. The root cause of the problem is your blood sugar. Years of high blood glucose destroy your circulation. It may seem counterintuitive that there would be a shortage of fuel at the nerve level despite an excess in the blood, but this is the basis of insulin resistance. For relief of burning feet, it’s vital to address insulin resistance rather than just managing the symptoms. There are many mitochondria in the nervous system. They act as the engines that take in fuel and power the nerves. If you have access to the mitochondria, you get 32 units of energy currency per glucose molecule. As a survival mechanism, your body utilizes glycolysis, which generates significantly less energy. This process also produces toxic byproducts, which can irritate your nerves.Vitamin B1 can help you switch from glycolysis back to generating energy from the mitochondria. This is because high blood glucose levels deplete vitamin B1 in your tissues. Vitamin B1 is normally water-soluble, which won’t effectively penetrate the nerve. Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1 that can help fix burning feet, eliminate toxic byproducts of glycolysis, and reduce other complications associated with diabetes. It also helps support the nerves in the eyes, kidneys, arteries, and brain. Burning feet and other symptoms of chronic health conditions take 20 to 30 years to develop. Modern medicine does not address the root cause of these issues and does not focus on lifestyle changes, diet, or nutrition. To fix burning feet pain at the root, try the following:1. Benfotiamine2. Reduce sugar consumption, keep carbs below 30 grams per day3. Avoid snacking4. Increase foods high in magnesium and potassium5. Alpha-lipoic acid Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. If You're Waking Up to Pee, It's Not Your Bladder

If You're Waking Up to Pee, It's Not Your Bladder

Nocturia, or frequent nighttime urination, destroys sleep, which can create a cascade of health issues. Discover how to sleep better and resolve your nighttime urination problems for good by addressing the root cause. Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements.👉 Download the FREE Dr. Berg Daily Routine Checklist here: https://drbrg.co/45qtO070:00 Why do I wake up to pee at night? 0:27 Sleep disruption pee1:57 Waking up to pee causes 5:48 Avoiding frequent urination at night 7:05 How to sleep betterIf you’re dealing with frequent urination at night, the problem is not your bladder. Waking up to pee, even just once, can wreck your sleep and wreak havoc on your health. Some of the consequences of poor sleep are as follows:• Slower metabolism• Increased cortisol• Increased risk of type 2 diabetes • Insulin resistance • Increased risk of high blood pressure • Decreased ability to detoxify the brain • Poor mood, anxiety, and depression• Decreased cognitive function, focus, and memory • Lower testosterone • Feeling tired all dayApproximately 1 in 5 men and 1 in 4 women in the U.S. get up at least once or twice to urinate every night, and aging is not the problem! Antidiuretic hormone (ADH) plays a crucial role in preventing excessive urination. A problem with this hormone affects water balance, causing you to produce more urine, especially at night. Too much salt and not enough potassium, blood sugar issues, and insulin resistance all affect ADH and can cause you to produce more urine to eliminate excess salt and sugar.Other factors that affect ADH include:• Caffeine• Sugar/starch• Excess protein• AlcoholVitamin B1 and magnesium are key nutrients involved with bladder control. If you’re dealing with nighttime urination and only a small volume of urine comes out, suspect a deficiency in one of these nutrients. To sleep better and reduce frequent urination at night, try the following tips: • Avoid alcohol• No fluids 3 hours before bed• Pre-load fluids in the earlier part of the day• Avoid snacks and salty foods before bed• Increase potassium intake early in the day• Reduce caffeine intake • No snacking/reduce carbs and sugar• Avoid large amounts of protein at night • Increase vitamin B1 and magnesiumDr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting.
