I invited AMD of the Yes, A Stripper Podcast to come onto the show to speak intimately about her experiences stripping in LA, the realization of her white privilege, the gentrification of strip clubs in LA, social media monitoring censorship, amputation and more. I get up close and personal with AM as she lets us into her world. This serial entrepreneur opens up about her various ventures in both sex worker advocacy (Soldiers of Pole) and the pole dancing world (United Pole Artists and Everybody Visible) and the divide that has been going on FOREVER and what her thoughts on it in this current environment. No conversation in regards to the policing of sex work is complete without a mention of FOSTA/SESTA and we briefly touch on that topic in regards to the censorship that's happening in our space.
