A state of emergency remains in effect following several days of protests in the wake of the fatal police shooting of 25-year-old Jayland Walker. The killing has sparked outrage after it was revealed that Walker was shot at least 60 times after fleeing a traffic stop. President Biden awarded the Medal of Honor, the Nation's highest honor for recognition of valor, to four men for their time on the Vietnam battlefield. All had received lower-level decorations for their time in combat. But senior military officials decided to upgrade the awards. These stories and more on the CBS Evening News with Norah O'Donnell. Adriana Diaz anchors from Highland Park. Major Garrett anchors from Washington DC.
