Today's guest is Tara Lenich. Tara Lenich is the founder of Liberty Advisors LLC, a criminal justice advocacy firm that helps defense teams prepare and support clients and their loved ones facing government investigations and federal charges by providing mitigation, sentence advocacy, and prison consulting services.

Tara has a unique perspective on the criminal legal system. She began her career as a prosecutor in New York City. For over a decade, she tried violent felonies and conducted high-profile investigations and prosecutions of drug and firearms traffickers. However, her life took a sharp turn and she found herself on the other side of the system, facing both criminal and civil charges. After experiencing the criminal justice system as the accused, Tara saw a need for reliable, supportive consultants to help people facing government investigations and potential incarceration. This experience drives Tara to ensure that every client and their family receives support, encouragement, and empathy during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
