My boyfriend was visiting friends in London, I had caught a cold, and I told him I was running a fever - he said he wanted to come home. When his mother found out he was coming home a day early, she insinuated that I had made him leave his trip early, and had done this multiple times before too, despite this never having happened previously. Right after this interaction with his mother, I get a text from her saying ‘I hope you feel better soon, lots of love’. I feel like she is hot and cold on me, I don’t know why, or how to deal with this. my best friend offered to pay me to babysit her son and never paid mom is being a negative Nancy about my wedding and I don’t know what to do about it or her.
