Before 5 pm on Monday, the New Jersey Devils must cut their roster size down to 23. They have already been strategizing since they recently released Mark Jankowski from his PTO deal, and signed Frederik Gauthier to a two-way deal. Also, there's been some nagging injuries taken place for the Devils' roster so far. This definitely will a raise a question as to who will start the season with the Devils organization.
