Episode 502: Luke Worsfold. Inside Addiction

Today’s episode is about taking your experience and using it to help those who’ve been impacted by trauma. My guest today is Luke Worsfold. Luke grew up with a drug-addicted mother who died when he was 10. The experience of her death caused severe trauma throughout Luke’s life, which led to Luke’s own drug addiction. When Luke realized that he, himself, was heading towards his own death, it was in that moment that he decided to make a commitment to become the best version of myself and lead others by example.
