Frank is sent of to locate something called Shiva's Ring, but this time the Librarian doesn't tell him where it is, or even where to find it.

While The Librarian is off somewhere unreachable, Frank goes back to his roots and uses his experience to discover the location of Shiva's Ring. He calls in a favor with Martine's brother Maurice.
