#24: The ABC's of Positive Affirmations

Andrew shares his positive affirmations as part of his daily mindfulness and spiritual practice. Considering we have 70,000 thoughts/day, and 90% of which are the exact same thoughts as the day before, positive affirmations are a great tool to "reprogram" our subconscious mind and act as a "pattern disrupt" for all the negative and limiting beliefs we have.

Positive words carry a high-vibrational frequency vs. negative words which carry a low-vibrational frequency. For example:

  • Love vs. fear
  • Forgiveness vs. resentment
  • Abundance vs. scarcity
  • Light vs. darkness
  • Community & Connection vs. disconnection & isolation
  • Faith vs. fear

The essence of the law of attraction is we get back what we put out. So if we put out more positivity, we draw in more positive people and more positive circumstances. We can use our words for healing and to uplift ourselves and others. Or we can use our words to hurt and tear-down ourselves and others......We get the opportunity to choose every day.

The choice is yours.
