#32: My last day at lululemon

#32: My last day at lululemon

In this episode, I share a story I've never told before - being filled with so much fear during my 1st interview - and what happened.

I talk about the true value of community. The beauty of connection. The magic of vulnerability and holding space for others to be seen and heard. The transformation that happens when we give others permission to share their truth.

So many beautiful memories, amazing people, and personal development growth. Friendships for life.

Over the past 4 years, I've become a yoga and mediation teacher, started a podcast, created my own mindfulness and transformation coaching program, hosted an international yoga retreat, and celebrated 4 years of sobriety......All thanks to the love and support of so many amazing people within the company.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, to everyone who helped me get to where I am today.
