#39: Acceptance vs. Suffering

#39: Acceptance vs. Suffering

Earlier this week I caught myself thinking, "I should be back in the corporate world. I should be multi-tasking. I should working 9 to 5. I should be wearing a suit and tie to work." WOW!?!?!? REALLY!?!?!?

Fortunately my threshold for pain is very small these days and I was able to course-correct and change my thinking. In fact, the corporate world and job almost killed me. I always wanted more, more, more.....Which, in turn, required more alcohol, more adderall, and more of everything not healthy.

Wanting the past and present to be different than it is = suffering. Instead we can focus on ACCEPTANCE!
