#65: Celebration

Most people spend the majority of their time and energy worrying, filled with fear and anxiety, and stressed out over things out of their control....Yet there are so many things we can celebrate every day and this episode is an opportunity to shift the focus....Small hinges swing bog doors.

Two intentions with this episode;

  1. Show people in early recovery what's possible when doing the work
  2. Shine light of awareness on impact of taking time to celebrate things in our life

After listening, I invite you to write down a list of 3 things you can celebrate in your own life today....And make this a daily mindfulness practice where you do this every day....Where our attention goes, energy flows - what we focus on strengthens and gets stronger.

This is an opportunity to create new neural pathways in your brain to replace fear with Faith, despair with Hope, hate with Love, darkness with Light, chaos with Calm, and calamity with Serenity.
