My "Spiritual 7" are seven spiritual practices and mindfulness techniques I've been cultivating and practicing over the past few years.

Small actions, done consistently over and over, create huge shifts in our mindset. Plus they create new neural pathways in the brain confirming our brains are malleable and change based on our daily habits we practice.
