Paul H. Smith, Remote Viewer with the US Army Star Gate Project describes his time as a "psychic spy" in the US Army Remote Viewing Program, named the Star Gate Project, which he joined in 1984. (Star Gate was officially declassified in 1994.) Remote Viewing is a learned skill where a person can get information about an event or location using ESP or psychic information.

During Paul's assignment with the US Army, he was trained by the founders of Remote Viewing, Ingo Swann and Dr. Harold E. Puthoff at SRI-International (Stanford Research Institute). Paul shares some remarkable and highly evidential Remote Viewing sessions he witnessed, in which the US Army Remote Viewers got specific details of locations and what was being built in those locations. He also shares a few remarkable times he got very accurate information, including a time he (and others) got precognitive information - meaning information about the future - about an event that had not yet happened.
