244 - Challenging Conversations

You have two choices in life: hard conversations and decisions and an easy life or easy conversations and decisions and then you have a hard life.

The reality is nobody likes to have challenging conversations. They make you nervous, they make you anxious, they make you angry, they make you upset, however, when you can master the art of these you will understand that a well approached and well facilitated challenging conversation always has a positive outcome.

Whether it's at home or at work, most people avoid difficult conversations, which is why they are where they are. In this podcast episode, I'm going to take you through the Blueprint to get you from where you are to where you want to be with the art of Challenging Conversations.
