Dan Norman is a seasoned Property Entrepreneur, over the past 27 years he's completed 86 property projects ranging from £100K to £1.6M. In that time, he's gained experience in most types of property and has pretty much made all the mistakes you can make. Now he's focused on being strategic over being stressed!

Dan has spent the best part of 5 years turning his property businesses into successful brands, winning Midlands Property Investor of the Year in 2023 and a Property Entrepreneur award in 2022. Over that time he's streamlined his portfolio, systemised his businesses and become more strategic with his property choices, focusing on the assets that work best. In this episode, we talk in detail about his financial fortress and how becoming strategic with it allowed him to free himself up from some of the noise & distractions of his portfolios, helped him to focus on what really mattered and got him to a position of financial independence, truly 'Living off the Steam' & becoming a mentor to others in property.
