Babciu, dlaczego masz takie wielkie oczy?- Grandma, why do you have such big eyes?

Żebym Cię mogła lepiej widzieć- So that I could see you better

Żebym Cię mogła lepiej słyszeć- So that I can hear you better

Wilk poszedł spać- The wolf went to sleep

Głośno chrapać- To snore loudly

Pan leśniczy usłyszał chrapanie wilka- The ranger heard the wolf's snoring

Domyślił się, że wilk zjadł babcię- He guessed the wolf ate Grandma
