Grounding - Growth Hacking - Restorative Balance

Each step you take has made a difference in your life and moved you through the good times and the challenges. So show your body and feet some love by re-conducting the human body to Earth’s natural electric charge. The practise of Earthing is known to reduce inflammation, pain and stress. Spiritually, this grounding meditation has been written to help restore your natural balance into 5D.

The sounds woven into this 12 minute meditation includes channelled chanting by energy healer Monique Billstein, grounding 432 Hz Root Chakra tones and ethnic drums that compliment guidance into the resonant earth frequency. This meditation is composed to help restore the bond between you and the earth.
