On Monday's Mark Levin Show, while the establishment claims that Republican candidates are running on the unconstitutional raid at Mar-a-Lago it simply isn't true. Despite much talk about it, candidates must run on their records and against President Biden's. Lamentably, there is no establishment media for the conservative movement so 'We The People' must fight like we're behind, in order to win seats in Congress this November. Then, the media portrays the midterm elections as a national election but not a single candidate will represent the nation. Instead, they will represent individual congressional districts so one should view much of this data as skewed and be skeptical of it. Later, despite the FBI's prior delays they have now reviewed all of Donald Trump's documents in record speed before the court could appoint an independent special master to protect privileged information. This program believes that the Judge should request the names of anyone that reviewed any documents, and their chain of custody, after it was announced on Saturday that the Court was leaning toward appointing a special master. Afterward, the FBI Agent that led the investigation into former President Trump, Tim Thibault, has been escorted from the office. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the idea that former President Trump stole documents when he has the utmost authority to declassify records that are classified or otherwise is moronic. He is not subject to criminal charges because the Presidential Records Act anticipates the nuance of any president leaving office and retaining documents, this is absurd. The government had less-intrusive options but opted for the most aggressive means possible because it allowed them to seize as much as they felt like. It's clear that in this case, Donald Trump is below the law as he's been treated worse than any other citizen would be. Then, a full-fledged operation in Fairfax Virginia is underway to push transgenderism on kids. This would not happen in Florida as Governor Ron DeSantis and the parents are working together to prevent it. Afterward, Congressman Lee Zeldin, candidate for Governor of New York, calls in to discuss New York Governor Kathy Hochul's comments about conservatives not being real New Yorkers and banishing the to Florida. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden signed college student loan forgiveness for up to $10,000. How do you reduce the deficit and inflation by spending trillions of dollars and creating more debt? We are rewarding those that aren't abiding by what they promised to do - and pay back their loans. Since there is a five-year period in which the former President can restrict access to his documents (both classified and unclassified) under the Presidential Records Act, Trump has not violated any law and the search against him was unconstitutional. It's clear that Trump is being targeted because he is the clear front-runner for the 2024 presidential election. The government's failure to provide a detailed inventory of documents taken in the unconstitutional raid where Trump's fourth amendment rights were violated by a politicized FBI and magistrate judge. Donald Trump is the biggest threat that the ruling class has ever faced and now they're coming after him to get to you. The espionage act cannot be applied to a President and was never even intended to be applied to a former president, and to do so would be unconstitutional. Woodrow Wilson threatened newspapers that challenged his views and used the Espionage Act to jail opponents. President Biden signed the putrid, massive spending bill known as the Inflation Reduction Act which will not ease inflation but add to it. This fractures the connection between the individual citizen and their government in a way that empowers the bureaucrats and weakens the people. This bill will add to the deficit and further hurt the struggling U.S energy industry. Biden will subsidize illegal immigration, the industry-crushing Green New Deal, and pitch this bill as a win for Democrats and a detriment for Republicans that voted against it. The CDC received a blistering report regarding its handling of COVID and it was determined that it fell short of expectations and will be shaking things up. Contrary to what it sounds like the CDC will likely shake things up to make things more political while instituting additional woke policies. The FBI wants to keep the Trump affidavit sealed because the FBI may have spies inside Mar-A-Lago. Merrick Garland was apparently unsure what to do even though they suspected the destruction of documents, so he waited a couple of weeks before he authorized the raid. From the low-level conflicted Magistrate Judge to the politicized prosecutors, the whole thing stinks of a political witch hunt.
