Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/8/19

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, the Democrats have changed their position on immigration, border security, and protecting American jobs without warning. This radicalization on immigration policy happened over the last decade; prior to that Democrat commentators and politicians supported protecting American workers against the influx of cheaper less skilled labor. Today, they no longer support a physical barrier at the border or the rule of law. Peter Beinart’s article in The Atlantic suggests that Democrats changed their position due to politics, not compassion, in order to harness the powerful growth of American voters of Hispanic descent. Party first, country second. This is a cynical scheme to fundamentally change America at the request of political special interests. Then, Presidential Trump will address the nation tonight regarding the crisis at the border. The National Emergencies of 1974 and other statures dictate what powers the executive branch has at the border. These acts have been used many times by many presidents. Whether Mika Brzezinski likes it or not, whether Don Lemon likes it or not! The President can make a case to use the expansive power in this act to secure the American border. Finally, following our victory in the revolutionary war the founders signed the declaration of independence which is our founding document which paved the way for The Constitution, our governing document. This was done to perpetuate federalism and God-given rights in our republic. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Donald Trump is the biggest threat that the ruling class has ever faced and now they're coming after him to get to you. The espionage act cannot be applied to a President and was never even intended to be applied to a former president, and to do so would be unconstitutional. Woodrow Wilson threatened newspapers that challenged his views and used the Espionage Act to jail opponents. To date, more people have been tried under the Espionage Act during Barack Obama's term in office than any other modern president since Wilson. Then, the fourth amendment protects against unreasonable search or seizure. The search warrant into Trump's home gave the FBI access to search anywhere, which explains why they went through former First Lady Melania Trump's closet, violating the Constitution. Afterward, Harriet Hageman calls in with an update on her campaign against Liz Cheney on the eve of the primary election.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

The media is on the side of tyranny and this program is on the side of liberty. Nobody cares what the cable news leftists and Liz Cheney think about the FBI raid on Trump's home. As you were told on this program Merrick Garland had to know about this raid and today, he confirmed that he did. The US Attorney in DC has nothing on Trump, so he is using a criminal statute and looking for evidence to fit the crime of his choosing. That's why they skipped the subpoena process and went straight for a search warrant when they knew Trump wasn't there, and they prevented his lawyers from observing while they went through the house including Melania Trump's closet. Double digit inflation all across every food category. Bread thirteen point seven percent up fruits and vegetables up nine point three percent. Beef and veal up three point four percent. And Biden's out there saying zero percent inflation. The zero percent inflation. It's outrageous.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, as mentioned on this program the FBI is looking for anything they can to hurt former President Trump. The latest information revealed in the now unsealed warrant indicates that the FBI is angling to go after Trump for violating the espionage act. The entire search is a pre-text using subterfuge because Trump gave the FBI access to all the subpoenaed boxes when they met with Trump's lawyers in June of 2022. These same boxes were seized in the raid. If the FBI really suspected secret documents regarding nuclear codes, they would have seized them back in June. So, what changed between June and August? Why was there a dire need now in August when they were just there? They could've gotten a judge to sign an order subpoenaing the boxes, but they chose to conduct a raid that included Melania Trump's wardrobe because they wanted access to everything they could see, not just what was included in the narrow scope of what they outlined in the warrant. It's unimaginable to think that we are putting a former President in this unprecedented position. Later, the espionage act was created to prosecute spies, not former U.S Presidents. US Attorney Graves and Deputy Attorney General Monaco are the two central figures in this expedition into former president Trump and they behave as if this is the United States of the Democrat Party instead of the USA. Afterward, Republicans must announce that they will defund and remove the 87,000 new IRS Auditors if and when they win the Presidency and a majority in Congress. Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the media is on the side of tyranny and this program is on the side of liberty. Then, former Attorney General Michael Mukasey suggests that AG Garland said that when possible, they use subpoenas. So, what then was the reason that made it impossible for the FBI to go this route? Could it be that the DOJ abused the warrant process to see if they could find evidence of another crime under the 'plain view doctrine? If so, it's a sleazy Stalinist approach to misuse the law to try and find a crime they can assign to Trump. The presumption of guilt instead of the presumption of innocence. Mind you, but for, Judicial Watch's legal filing resulting in the Judge's Order for the DOJ to explain why they took these extreme measures, Garland might still be silent on the issue. But make no mistake Garland's call for the warrant to be unsealed has only come after Judicial Watch made the same request to hold the government accountable. Later, what probable cause did the FBI have? Obama and Nixon have done far worse, and nobody kicked down their door in a raid. It seems the FBI is forgetting that we are a republic and as a society, we are unraveling because of the current president. Afterward, the ruling class is in full revolt because they're afraid of losing their power. Donald Trump took them on and won, now they're mad because he's a danger. This has taken them a hundred years and now they are at the precipice. Republicans need to get tough if they win a majority in the House and use their congressional power to push back on Biden's Mussolini-esque executive orders and to defund other bad policies like the 87,000 new IRS Agents, among others. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden is still silent on the Mar-A-Lago raid and the FBI director is in hiding. Newsweek reported that the raid was from a confidential human source. Trump's attorneys had met with the DOJ in June at Mar-A-Lago where the feds advised Trump to keep any classified documents behind a locked door. One DOJ leaker says that conducting the raid when Trump was out of town was done to minimize the spectacle of it. This is false, a raid conducted at dawn on a former US President would not go unnoticed. Then, under the plain view doctrine, law enforcement doesn't need to include every element they are investigating in a warrant. Therefore they say it's about presidential records, but it's likely that they are interested in anything they can find. It was not routine for lawyers to not be present during the raid or for the FBI to search the former First Lady's wardrobe. Later, the DOJ has charged a member of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard for plotting the assassination of former Secretary of State and former National Security Advisor. Why is the Biden Administration still negotiating with Tehran if they are committing acts of war against this country? Afterward, reporter Julie Kelly calls in to discuss how several January 6th detainees have killed themselves seemingly because of the pressure. Kelly also mentioned how a former Obama staffer, Lisa Monaco, was involved in the Russia hoax known as Crossfire-Hurricane and is thought to be pulling strings with DC US Attorney Matthew Graves on the Trump raid.  Learn more about your ad choices. Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 8/9/22

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, why would the FBI send 30 Agents to raid former President Trump's private home when they could have simply asked for the documents or issued a subpoena for them? They found nothing tying Trump to sedition, fraud, or obstruction, and the federal government hasn't said anything regarding the warrant that remains sealed. Whether initiated by Trump through courts or by the DOJ, unsealing the warrant may reveal the classified nature of the documents in question, so it's likely that the warrant will remain sealed. It's also interesting that this warrant was unusually signed by the lowest level judge in the federal system (a magistrate) who is on record as a donor to Obama's campaign and defended Jeffrey Epstein's pilots. This seems like a crime in search of evidence and since the DOJ doesn't have any, it's a new witch hunt. Then, a sitting Congressman has had his phone seized by the FBI and the Biden DOJ is on a mission to criminalize politics to find anything they can to try and tie Donald Trump to one of the statutes to prevent his future pursuit of public office. They also hope to tarnish all Republicans in the November election when they release their findings or take their next action in October of this year, just in time for the mid-term elections. Afterward, the minority controls the various levers of power, but the silent majority has the power to effectuate change. The majority must believe that its actions can save the nation.   Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the FBI has raided Mar-a-Lago the home of former President Donald J. Trump. It's unclear what the FBI is searching for and has never occurred before in US History. With the midterm elections 90 days away, the timing of this search warrant into Trump's vault stinks like a political vendetta from the Russia Hoax to impeaching him when he was already out of the office, to the illegal unprecedented January 6th committee, to this raid. Later, Washington Democrats voted 51-50, with Vice President Harris casting the tie-breaking vote to push America into a depression approving an $800 spending bill falsely named the "Inflation Reduction Act." All whilst nation faces the highest inflation in 40 years. The left within the media are trying to position $4.00/gallon gas prices and Red states voting on state abortion laws as a win for Biden. Then, Democrats have introduced a new 15% tax on corporations which will cause companies to cut jobs to pay the higher tax. What America needs is to slash taxes and control government spending not increase deficit spending. Afterward, US Sen. Tim Scott joins the show to discuss his new book "America, a Redemption Story: Choosing Hope, Creating Unity." Scott shared how shocked he was that the FBI raided the home of a former President over presidential records pertaining to the Federal Records Act. Scott added that FBI Director Wray's answers to recent questions by the Senate Judiciary Committee was dumbfounding.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

President Biden authorized the killing of terrorist Ayman al-Zawahri by a CIA drone strike. However, when then-President Trump ordered a strike on Qassam Solemani and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, he was trashed by Biden for it. Nancy Pelosi has completed her plan, landed in Taiwan, and has more testosterone than Biden, Austin, MIlley, and the radical libertarian isolationists. China is massively larger than Taiwan in population, military strength, and naval capacity. China is on the move, stealing technology, and leveraging the full power of its government-owned economy to strengthen its military. China's goal is "the great rejuvenation" of their country to expand the communists' national power. Whether we like it or not we’re on a course towards war with China because they want a war.
