On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, when you are President of the United States and you leave the White House for the final time, the very act of taking classified or non-classified documents before you leave the White House is a Presidential act. If an ex-President has classified documents, he didn’t acquire them as an ex-President. A President can classify and declassify at will and doesn’t need to follow any protocol - he is the executive branch. The question remains, was this FBI raid about January 6 and broader issues? Also, did you ever think you would see the day when teachers in Virginia are trained to transition children's genders without parental approval? To figure out what’s going on we have to go back to Marx and Engels who argued that you had to destroy the family unit, and binary sex in order to establish a Marxist society. Then, California continues to destroy itself as they move toward banning new cars running only on gas by 2035. California has the highest income rates in the country, the health care system is a disaster because of the influx of illegal immigrants in the state, and businesses are fleeing. California is turning into Venezuela. Finally, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss the DeSantis education agenda. 25 out of the 30 DeSantis endorsed candidates won on Tuesday running on this agenda. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden signed college student loan forgiveness for up to $10,000. How do you reduce the deficit and inflation by spending trillions of dollars and creating more debt? We are rewarding those that aren't abiding by what they promised to do - and pay back their loans. On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the Constitution provides no authority to any President of the United States to unilaterally forgive any debt owed to the people without any legislation from congress. This move by Democrats to forgive student loan debt and appeal to their base will affect inflation just like any other spending bill. This unconstitutional move will also cause tuition to go up as well. Then, the government refuses to release the affidavit of the Mar a Lago raid because they want to leak it so they can shape the narrative in the media. Prior court decisions have considered presidential records to be personal property that is archived by the government but not government property. Since there is a five-year period in which the former President can restrict access to his documents (both classified and unclassified) under the Presidential Records Act, Trump has not violated any law and the search against him was unconstitutional. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, we are in the midst of an American cold war, where the forces of tyranny battle with forces of liberty using the legal system, public schools, the government, and the media to advance their agenda. Former President Trump filed a motion against the government citing that politics can't be allowed to influence legal proceedings. It's clear that Trump is being targeted because he is the clear front-runner for the 2024 presidential election. The government's failure to provide a detailed inventory of documents taken in the unconstitutional raid where Trump's fourth amendment rights were violated by a politicized FBI and magistrate judge. Donald Trump is the biggest threat that the ruling class has ever faced and now they're coming after him to get to you. The espionage act cannot be applied to a President and was never even intended to be applied to a former president, and to do so would be unconstitutional. Woodrow Wilson threatened newspapers that challenged his views and used the Espionage Act to jail opponents. President Biden signed the putrid, massive spending bill known as the Inflation Reduction Act which will not ease inflation but add to it. This fractures the connection between the individual citizen and their government in a way that empowers the bureaucrats and weakens the people. This bill will add to the deficit and further hurt the struggling U.S energy industry. Biden will subsidize illegal immigration, the industry-crushing Green New Deal, and pitch this bill as a win for Democrats and a detriment for Republicans that voted against it. The CDC received a blistering report regarding its handling of COVID and it was determined that it fell short of expectations and will be shaking things up. On Friday’s Mark Levin show, the Trump legal team has announced a major fourth amendment motion challenging the FBI search warrant on former President Trump's private home Mar-a-Lago. Trump's lead attorney, James Trusty, joins the show to discuss the corrective action that Trump will be taking to attack the search warrant based on the fourth amendment and a lack of particularity. Trusty noted that the government failed to meet the required standard of what was allowed and was not playing fairly. Critics are up in arms because there has been an uptick in threats against the FBI, interestingly these same critics were silent when threats were made against Supreme Court Justices. Then, Democrats laud the passing of more tax-and-spend bills as if they are giving something to the people. They are not. Price controls are extraordinarily dangerous on prescription drugs or anything else. It's simple math, by capping the price of any drug the Democrats have made it harder to discover new breakthrough drugs and treatments because drug manufacturers will have less money coming in. This will kill innovation and progress toward helping people in need. These price controls will hurt the American people. Later, FL Governor Ron DeSantis will not allow the biased media to malign him or the Jewish people with their Jew-hating rhetoric or trying to tie him to the same. DeSantis has been an unabashed supporter of the Jewish community since he served in the US Congress and continues to do so as Governor. Merrick Garland was apparently unsure what to do even though they suspected the destruction of documents, so he waited a couple of weeks before he authorized the raid. From the low-level conflicted Magistrate Judge to the politicized prosecutors, the whole thing stinks of a political witch hunt. AG Garland and others must be investigated and exposed for treating America like the Soviet Union. Anyone that behaves as they have must be held to account or these actions will spread. Then, Mitch McConnell has to go as leader in the Senate. He literally attacks the quality of candidates that are not aligned with him, and his silence on the unconstitutional raid on Trump's home is concerning. Later, Sen. Marco Rubio joins the show to discuss his opponent Rep. Val Demmings and the danger of doubling the size of the IRS. Rubio noted that the new IRS is larger than the British Army and will also have deadly force to go after everyday Americans. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the CDC received a blistering report regarding its handling of COVID and it was determined that it fell short of expectations and will be shaking things up. Contrary to what it sounds like the CDC will likely shake things up to make things more political while instituting additional woke policies. Then, Liz Cheney lost her election and keeps burping up platitudes about democracy instead of discussing our constitutional republic. Cheney is all about her and no one else especially not the American people in Wyoming. Cheney is no Abraham Lincoln, she's actually more like Benedict Arnold. Later, FL Gov. Ron DeSantis blasts Biden for adding 87,000 IRS agents to target the Administration's political enemies and raise money for the ruling class's pet projects. This massive spending and tax law will not reduce inflation, it will only empower the government and hurt the people. Also, under the Espionage Act, the people that write these classified documents have the responsibility to retrieve said documents, the responsibility is not the President's.
