Nathan is a dedicated father of two, one of whom was born at home, and he shares his life with his high school sweetheart, Stephanie. His diverse interests encompass food cultivation, voracious reading, and a love for coffee, mountain biking, and the outdoors. As an athlete, Nathan has a history of excelling in triathlons, rock climbing, and coaching Crossfit for six years. Remarkably, his passion for exercise science and nutrition began at the age of 16. In addition to his professional commitments, Nathan provides support to clients navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum experiences. He also extends his expertise to fathers-to-be undergoing the spiritual transformation of childbirth. Operating under the banner of Beloved Holistics, a private contract association, Nathan attends home births and collaborates with midwives across the nation. Furthermore, he has embarked on training in jiu-jitsu. Nathan's departure from the conventional medical model stemmed from disillusionment with profit-driven healthcare practices, insurance complexities, and two dismissals during the COVID pandemic—one for reporting Medicare fraud and the other for a compassionate act toward a dying hospice patient.
