Jason Robertson and Wyatt Johnston are carrying the Dallas Stars offense since the All-Star break. Robertson continues to knock out career milestones and Johnston etches his name with some of the best players in Stars history. We highlight the two young players on today's episode of Locked On Stars. With an assist on Joe Pavelski's goal on Tuesday, Robertson reached the 300 point plateau in 276 games, he became the third fastest player in Stars/North Stars history to reach that mark. Wyatt Johnston recorded his 17th career multi point night against the Panthers while reaching 50 points in the first time in his career. He joined Brian Bellows, Mike Modano, and Glen Sharpley as the only players in Stars/North Stars history to reach the 50 point mark in a campaign at 20 years or younger. The Stars look to bounce back tonight against the New Jersey Devils who fired their head coach a few weeks ago. Things are still not going to plan despite their high end talent such as Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt. They consistently get scoring, but struggle to keep the puck out of their net. Dallas needs to keep the pressure on and close out this one against a beatable opponent. To wrap up the episode, we play Shooting Star! Joey decides to go with the newcomer Logan Stankoven.
