#19 - Dan Finnegan: Marine Systems Mechanic

In this week’s episode of The Blue Collar Angst Podcast, David sits down with Dan Finnegan out of Washington State. Dan is a Navy Veteran and Marine Systems Mechanic who found a love for the Pacific Northwest while in the Navy. We talk about Dan's inspiring journey from working on airplanes to becoming a seasoned expert in marine systems and some of the jobs he had before the navy from junkyard to industrial glassblower.

Growing up, Dan's passion for fixing things was instilled by his Dad, a Navy Seabee that served in Vietnam who passed down valuable skills and a strong work ethic. After serving in the Navy and gaining experience in airplane maintenance, Dan found his true calling as a marine systems mechanic.

Tune in as Dan shares how his "hard work first" attitude and the philosophy of always seeking knowledge have propelled him to success in his career.
