About Kristen:

Kristen Eberly is a Twin Mom and Twin Mom coach, and the founder of Harmony in Multiples and the Overwhelm and Anxiety Resilience System for Twin Moms. She specializes in supporting twin moms navigate the burnout, overstimulation, overwhelm, and anxiety that is so common with raising twins.

She has a background in maternal mental health and early childhood mental health, with 10 years experience specializing in parenting and children.

She helps twin moms rediscover their resilience and joy that is often lost while surviving the chaos of twins. She uses both her professional and lived experiences as a twin mom to provide a proactive and practical approach to help twin moms thrive, by building resilience, easing overwhelm and anxiety, and embracing the beauty and chaos of life with twins.

She's the mom of 3 boys, a singleton who is 6.5, and identical twin boys who are 4. Right now, her favorite things are caramel lattes, sleeping through the night, and being outdoors with her boys.
