I know it's on a lot of your hearts and you're probably wondering, do you have what it takes and what does that look like? So we're going to dive into that in more first to review. So for this episode, let's talk about coaching. I will never forget when I first started coaching. Now, when I started, I was first in nutrition consulting, which is a form of coaching, but obviously more about food and things like that. So I started when I was around 20 years old, I remember my roommate, she asked me if I would help her mother. So I was charging $25 a session. I look back and I just think, "what was I thinking?". But you've got to start somewhere. But I started before I was ready. You know, I think that a lot of times people will wonder, you know, when should they start coaching? Do they have what it takes to coach? Do they have the experience to coach? This is the thing with coaching. It's a form of teaching. It's a form of educating the beautiful balance of educating and holding people accountable.

Coaching allows you to mentor and guide other people, right? You're going to give them the path. You're going to take them from point A to point Z, give them that step-by-step action plan and hold them accountable. So there could be someone, like I worked with a girl my first full year as a business coach, I've been business coaching for about three years. My first full year of doing it, she hired me for a year and she was making more than six figures a year. And I wasn't making six figures yet, but I was able to teach her how to take her business from offline to online. I had the experience to fill in the gaps of the things that she didn't have. So you don't necessarily have to be making more than your clients, or really like be crushing whatever space they're in.
