Hey, Goal Digger, Kimberly Olson here, back for another episode of The Goal Digger Girl podcast. We are going to talk about the personal branding playbook and how to be seen on social media. First, a listener review. This is from Kimberly. She says, "her videos and trainings are inspirational thought provoking and filled with information. Bonus, she's funny and has a great personality, easy to watch and learn". Oh, thank you. You're so sweet, I'm glad you think I'm funny. Yeah. Ever since I was little, I loved making people laugh and I don't know, I just always, I think I used it as a- I don't know if it was like a way to connect with people? Like, you know how you have like those like social anxieties and stuff. That always was my way, just making people laugh. So I'm glad I'm still apparently helping some of you out with that. Now two episodes ago, so make sure you listened to that one, we did the Facebook live talking about how you're really leaving money on the table if you're not mastering Facebook lives or even doing them. So this is going to piggyback off of that. So make sure to go back and listen to that. You don't have to go back and listen to it first, but this will compliment that training or that podcast. So please listen to that. So when it comes to the personal branding and understanding the playbook on it, what people really get mixed up with this, I feel like, and this is why I want us to talk about this, is we put so much pressure on ourselves.

One, to get it right the first time, and two, we build it up to this big thing and we feel like we have to have it just nailed down and be like a huge brand. And that's not what personal branding is. Personal branding is not having a "brand" like I do, like The Goal Digger Girl. I knew that once I monetized my workshops, that was the first thing I monetized on top of my network marketing business, I knew that I was going to roll out group coaching because I had people already privately coaching with me. So I had people who were just random people that were following me that were like, "Hey, would you coach me?", and I was like, "ah, sure, in my car on the way to work. Like, you've got to take notes. It's not on zoom, but I'll coach you".

So when that started happening, people were reaching out, I knew the only way I was going to be able to do it is through group coaching with bootcamps and stuff, because I was working full time. I knew I was going to build a multi-dimensional brand. Like I just knew it. So that is different. Okay. That's completely different. v
