Last night I spent the evening outside trying to sleep in a sleeping bag to raise money for a local homelessness charity. I felt tired today and wished to reflect on how in the past such tiredness would lead to me rationalising engaging with porn. In this episode we talk about homelessness and the power of changing addicted neural pathways.

After 9 years in a porn addiction, I was lucky enough to meet Mari Paulus who taught me how to connect to my compulsive desires, think through them using a specific script, and change my addicted neural pathways.
