Today's question: When you board a plane, do you ever notice that there’s always someone right at the door, ready to greet you and welcome you aboard? You may think that it's the flight attendant's sole job at that point is to be warm and welcoming..... but it's not. There is a little known secret in the airline industry as to WHY they are trained to make eye contact and greet you..... AND it serves a very important purpose. Besides being polite, why are flight attendants trained to individually welcome each passenger?
