Why do we sometimes feel that we have to WORK HARD to be successful?

What do you currently do with your time? In order to make more money and work less, we have to follow these THREE activities

But FIRST, you have to perform an 80/20 analysis with your time and activities! The truth is that 80% of your performance is probably the result of 20% of your energy. So look at your calendar, analyze your time, be truthful -- Where are you spending your time?

Once you do this… then it’s time to APPLY the three activities

1) DELEGATE
Are there things you’re doing that you could outsource? Or bring someone onto the team so you can free up your time to then focus on other activities?

2) AUTOMATE
Same as #1 -- think about it -- do you have the same conversation over and over with different colleagues? Try recording yourself through Zoom and completing it once!

I use this all the time with my team -- anytime there’s a question, rather than calling my employee and explaining it to them once, I record myself answering the question, then put it in a library for the employee to watch, along with anyone else who may have a similar question!

Talk about multiplying your time! The key here is to see things differently. And being honest with yourself -- are you doing things you probably don’t need to do?

3) ELIMINATE
Because… let’s be real… How much shit do we do that we actually don’t really need to do?!

Cut out all the activities that TRULY don’t need to be done. They may seem urgent, they may seem intense… but you know… if you cut them out your life would be a lot easier.

AND FINALLY

The ultimate question: how can you start earning income without trading time for money? Aka Passive Income! This is a hard thing for many of us to wrap our heads around, because most income we receive is active.

Here are a bunch of examples to kickstart the brainstorming process -- but I want you to think about this specifically for you!

• Creating a company
• Online digital course
• Write a book / e-book or some type of PDF
• Licensing out music, software
• Create a product
• Drop ship fulfillment
• Affiliate marketing
• YouTube Channel to get paid
• Marketing revenue from a website/blog
