We have one coffee cocktail and one fizzy cocktail as our cocktails of the week.

We start with the coffee and then celebrate with the fizz

Our first is the Coffee & Tonic. You’ll need

INGREDIENTS

• 45ml Tanqueray 10 gin
• 60ml cold brew coffee and
• 120ml premium tonic water

METHOD

• Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
• Add the gin, coffee, and top with the tonic
• Stir gently
• Garnish with a grapefruit zest
