Our cocktail of the week had to be the Espresso Martini made the John Paul Jones way!

INGREDIENTS

50ml John Paul Jones Rum
40ml coffee liqueur
1 shot of premium espresso
Pinch of sea salt

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker
Add ice
Shake, shake, shake
Doubles train into a coupe glass
