The cocktail of the week is the Grapefruit Chuhai!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 measure of your favorite Shochu
• Juice of 1/2 grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
• Soda water
• Grapefruit slice

METHOD

• Fill your glass with ice
• Add the Shochu
• Add the grapefruit juice
• Top with soda water
• Stir gently
• Garnish with a piece of grapefruit
