Some common lucid dreaming techniques are the WBTB (wake back to bed), WILD (wake initiated lucid dream), DILD (dream initiated lucid dream), DEILD (dream exit initiated lucid dream), and FILD (finger initiated lucid dream).

I even created my own lucid dream technique called the 90ILD ((90 Minute initiated lucid dream)).
